Birthday Parties
Ready for the kids to have a blast at the gym? Come celebrate your birthday with us! Coaches will play games and teach basic gymnastics on the floor, bars, beam, vault, trampoline, and/or foam pit. Then, children will leave the gymnastics area for our food and party space.
How long are birthday parties?
We offer parties that last 1.5 hours.
1.5 hour party: 1 hour in the gymnastics area and a half-hour in the party area.
Who can have a party?
Any child who is at least 4 years old. Please note that children turning 4 years old are limited to 14 participants.
How old should attendees be?
Party guests must be at least 4 years old. Children under 4 years old are not allowed on the gym floor during birthday parties for safety reasons!
Do attendees need to sign waivers?
Yes! Please have a parent or guardian sign a waiver for their child at the start of the party.
How may I use the party room? Do I need to clean?
You may decorate the space any way you like. You provide your refreshments, cake, utensils, napkins, etc. We have a kitchen with a refrigerator that you may use. You are responsible for gather any items that you do not want thrown away. BGC staff will clean up after you are done.
When should children be picked up?
Parties must come to a close after 1.5 hours. Please have your attendees' parents be prompt when picking up their children. Our coaches have schedules and must be able to leave when the party is scheduled to end.
What is the cost of a birthday party? How do I pay?
1 to 8 children - $200
9 to 14 children - $300
15 to 20 children - $350
21 to 28 children - $400
Payments must be received in full for party reservations. BGC accepts cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
What if I need to cancel? Can I get a refund?
Refunds will be given if the party is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the party data minus $50. No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than two weeks notice.
