Back Handspring Clinics

The back handspring is a basic tumbling movement where an athlete takes off from one or two feet, jumps backward onto the hands, and lands on his or her feet. This skill can be done independently or in a series of skills. A back handspring can also be called a flip-flop or flic-flac. Buckhead Gymnastics and Cheer offers a fast-paced clinic with non-stop drills, conditioning, and assisted spotting to teach athletes the basics of the skill while providing a healthy environment to reinforce the class training. Clinics are a great place for your athlete to get extra practice!
