Gymnastics for Young Boys & Girls
Vault: runs (e.g. jog, skip), squat ons, straddle on, straight jump on, and jump off spring board
Bars: monkey walks, casts, tummy roll, tuck hang, front support, pull over with mats
Beam: relevé walks, backwards walks, relevé hold, v-sit to knee scale
Floor: candlestick to squat, forward and backwards rolls, cartwheel, bridge, donkey kicks, handstands on wall and panel mats
Tumble Track: tuck jumps, straddle jumps, seat drops
Girls Gymnastics
Vault: runs (e.g. jog, sprint), proper jump onto spring board, straight jump on, squat on, "stick it" landings
Bars: spotted chin-up pullovers, casts, tummy roll to chin hang, cast push away, front support, bat hang with spot, hand regrips
Beam: forward and backward walks, relevé holds, pivot turns, arabesque, knee scale, straight jump, mountain top lifts, plank holds
Floor: candlestick to stand, forward and backwards rolls, bridges, cartwheel, handstrands
Tumble Track: tuck jump, straight leg straddle jumps, seat drops
Vault: straight jump, bounce to handstand with a spot, kick up to handstand flat back, handstand shapes, vault arm circles
Bars: pullover, hollow casts, tummy roll to 5 second chin hang, pike hang, spotted backhip circle, shoot through and sole circle prep on floor bar
Beam: relevé and pivot holds, plank holds, walks (e.g. dips, coupé, passé), jump dismounts (e.g. tuck, straight, staddle), handstand preps (e.g. T, lever), arabesque, mountain top kicks, tuck jumps
Floor: backward pike roll, backbend, bridge kickover, 1 arm cartwheel, cartwheel in a straight line, cartwheel step-in, handstand hold 1 second
Tumble Track: split jumps, kill bounce, forward roll to jump, turning jumps
Vault: spotted handstand flat back, bounce to handstand flat back, vault arm circle, straight jump to high mats
Bars: pullover from hang, shoot thru, glides, regrips, cast backhip circle, sole circle dismount pike or straddle, spotted mill circle, casts with straight body and arms, floor bar squat on
Beam: pivot pivot, arabesque scale arabesque, split jumps, straight leg relevé walks, handstand, side handstand, bridge
Floor: backbend kickover, back pike roll with straight arms, hurdles, round off, handstand forward roll, leap onto mat, 1/2 turn, front limber
Tumble Track: round off freeze, round off from knee, round off straddle jump
Vault: handstand hops, handstand flatback on stacked mats behind vault, straight jump to vault
Bars: squat on, tap swings, basket swing, kip drills, spotted kips, backhip circle to undershoot, mill circle, cast to horizontal, glide swing, two backhip circles in a row
Beam: carthweels, side handstand with a quarter turn, jump series, handstand, leaps, heel snap turn
Floor: back plank roll, hurdle round off rebound, round off back handspring, backhandspring down wedge, back walkover, leap pass, full turn, front handspring step out, dive roll
Tumble Track: backhandspring with spot, handstand backhandspring with spot
Vault: spotted vault over table
Bars: level 4 dismount, undershoot to tap swings, squat on catch high bar, kip, 3/4 cast handstand
