CLASSES

Recreational Classes

Recreational gymnastics and tumbling classes offer a variety of physical and mental benefits to students. Our classes focus on not only learning  skills but developing physical abilities such as gross motor skills, coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, and proper posture. Gymnastics and tumbling enhance student's confidence, discipline, focus, and work ethic. Students regularly set goals and learn to overcome fears and challenges. These are critical skills that serve students outside of the gym. Studies have also shown that intense physical training activities, like gymnastics, positively impact cognitive abilities.
